My sessions are £45 for 50 minutes.

I believe therapy should feel as accessible as possible, so I also offer reduced rates for students, trainees, and anyone who may be going through financial difficulty. Please feel free to reach out if you’re unsure whether this applies to you, we can talk it through together.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is a gentle introduction. We will talk about what has brought you to therapy, what you are hoping for, and any concerns you may have. There is no pressure to share everything at once, you can go at your own pace.

Do I need to prepare anything before starting therapy?

No preparation is needed. Just come as you are. Some people like to think about what they want to talk about, but it is completely okay if you are unsure.

Is everything I say confidential?

Yes, everything you share is treated with care and kept confidential. The only time confidentiality may need to be broken is if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or someone else, which will always be explained clearly to you.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on your needs and what you want to work through. Some people come for a few sessions to focus on a specific issue, while others prefer longer-term support. We will review this together as we go.

How do online and telephone sessions work?

Sessions take place in a private and safe space of your choice. For online sessions, you will receive a secure link before your appointment. Telephone sessions are also available if you prefer speaking without video. The aim is to make therapy as comfortable and accessible as possible for you.
